What flavors of cupcakes do you have?

All of our current flavors are listed below, and current 2024 cupcakes cost $20-$26/dozen depending on the flavors you pick! The pricing is subject to change.

How many cupcakes should I order?

We recommend 1 cupcake/rsvp as most will take 1, some will not take any and some will take 2. It usually evens out, and this is just a guideline but you can always order more or less.

How many flavors can I pick?

You can pick 3-4 kinds(up to 5) depending on the size of your wedding. Cupcakes come standardly decorated to fit the flavor profile but we can incorporate colors of your wedding as best we can through liners and sprinkles!  Or, you can pick to have them decorated fun/as is!  If you need help narrowing it down or recommendations we are always happy to help! 

Do we offer cake tastings?

Simply put, we offer a sample box you can order and pick up when ready! It contains our top flavors and some seasonal depending upon when you order! Enough variety to get an idea of what our cupcakes taste like! You can pick from a 6 pack of cupcakes($13) or a dozen cupcakes($26). Let us know if you would like to place an order for one of these and we will get it ready!

Can we get a cake with our order?

Yep! If you would like a small cake for cutting, our cakes are double rounds and we can make a very simple single tiered cake! We usually recommend a 6in or 8in for a centerpiece/cake cutting! Flavors for those are also found on our website! You can easily add flowers or a cake topper to tie it all together! Usually, your decorator or florist can set some flowers aside for you to easily add on top of the cake or on the side!

Do you provide cake stands?

We do not provide any cake stands, cupcake stands, florals, cake toppers or decorations for the table. We recommend talking with your decorator and florist as they usually have multiple options to fit your style! We love seeing final pictures of the dessert tables as they are all so different, so feel free to tag us on social media or send over some via email afterwards :)

Do you deliver?

We are just a 2 person team, my mom and I, so we do not deliver! All of our couples usually send a friend or family member to pick them up! Also, if your venue has freezer space you can pick up earlier in the week so one thing checked off your to-do list! Cupcakes come frozen so they travel great as well! 

When do I place my final order?

We wait until you get your final rsvp count which is 4 weeks prior to your wedding date for final count on cupcakes. We contact you via email to gather all the final details such as count, flavors, and colors!

When can I pick up my order?

We suggest checking with your wedding venue to see if they have freezer space or refrigerator space for our boxes. Our largest box is 26x18x4inches and it holds about 6 dozen cupcakes. Your cupcakes will come in boxes this size according to your amount. Your cupcakes can go in the freezer which is the best place for them a week leading up to your wedding! If you only have refrigerator space you can pick up the day before and they can go in the refrigerator 1 night. If you don't have either then you can pick up the morning of. We will schedule this a little prior to your wedding date! 

Do you require a deposit?

All weddings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The date will remain open until the deposit is paid. That can be paid via cash or check to Becky Bakes. This $100 will apply to your order when you pay your final bill the week of or at the time of pick up. The sooner you know that you want to book with us the better as we do have busy seasons throughout the year!

Can I do a dessert table?

Of course! We make other yummy treats besides cupcakes that are great for wedding desserts-mini cheesecakes, cookies, cake pops, and cookie sandwiches!! If you would like a flavor list and pricing for any of these please let us know or head on over to our website as they are located on there too!! If you order, for example, cookies and cupcakes, then ordering looks a bit different and we would recommend a different amount based on the items you order!
